Since 2000, the amount of waste sent to landfill in the UK has decreased by over 60%, thanks to increased recycling and waste prevention measures.
When disposed of correctly, the opportunities are endless. Your rubbish can and should be given a new lease of life.
We only work with suppliers who aim for 100% landfill avoidance. Every supplier is vetted and goes through a due diligence onboarding process. They are then audited every year to ensure they are reliable, trustworthy, compliant, offer a quality service and recycle everything that can be recycled.
The waste industry has been through a major shift in recent years, dramatically reducing the amount of waste sent to landfill – however, the United Kingdom still generates around 200 million tons of waste every year and is also among the world’s biggest municipal waste producers.
New legislation introduced is enforcing action, the Simpler Recycling legislation mandates that businesses must segment their waste into specific bins, e.g. general waste, glass, dry mixed recycling and food waste.
The Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) holds producers accountable for the entire lifecycle of their packaging, encouraging businesses to implement more sustainable packaging solutions.
The Deposit Return Scheme will be implemented in the UK in October 2027 and has already seen extremely successful implementation and adoption in other countries – it covers single-use drink containers and encourages users to recycle them for a monetary reward.

We service the whole of the UK, and across all companies in the group, we have over 40,000 customers.
Everything Managed has three directors, but the business is largely run by a separate management team, with the directors serving in an oversight or ownership capacity rather than being involved in day-to-day operations.
The head of the management team is the CEO, Damon Smith.
Damon is a commercially driven leader with 15 years of international experience across the Medical, PPE, DIY and Outdoor sectors. Over the past four years, he has specialised in the Circular Economy and Waste Management industry, developing deep expertise in market positioning, customer acquisition, commercial strategy and data-driven decision-making. Damon has successfully built and led a high-performing management team, driving Everything Managed Group’s growth from £22m to £60m in revenue within four years.
Established in 2021 – we created Everything Managed Group out of a passion for helping businesses to take care of something that is often seen as quite mundane and unpleasant – their waste.
